My goal is for the borrower(s) to have a flawless signing experience.
If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will prioritize fixing it promptly. I understand that mistakes can cause funding delays. I triple check my work for missed signatures, dates, initials and stamps, and give extra attention to key documents often missed, such as tax forms, Profit and Loss Statement, Letter of Explanation, Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003. The docs will be processed for delivery/shipping immediately following the signing, and will also be scanned back immediately, upon your request.
If there are any roadblocks that obstruct your instructed process, I will work with you and the borrower(s) to quickly solve any issues that arise. Available 24/7
