Hiring me for your closing will ensure that your signers have a great signing experience. My goal is to make the signing as stress-free and effortless as possible for all parties. I am NNA certified and have signing agent training from the Loan Signing System and Notary Learning Center.

Every document will be checked thoroughly to ensure that every signature, date, and initial has been completed properly. I triple check key documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, to ensure that they have been completed correctly.

If an error is made on the rare occasion, I will address it immediately in order to avoid any funding delays.

Documents will be returned promptly following the signing, as I understand that funding dates are critical. I know my local FedEx drop off locations, including some that are open later hours for evening signings.
