I first held a California notary commission from 2001 to 2005, and after almost 25 years on the lending side of banking, I now sit on the other side of the table, with the borrowers those loans were written for. I understand the documents, and I understand that signing them can be a big moment. My job is to make it go smoothly and accurately, without anyone feeling rushed.
You'll receive an email containing Nicholas's contact information so the two of you can work together on a signing.
