I don’t do push & signs, but walk borrowers through all closing docs, statements and disclosures. I pay attention to the details to avoid missing signatures, initials or dates. Any errors made can create a funding condition causing borrowers to miss escrow or even resulting in an expired rate lock. This is why I triple check everything before leaving the signing.
