I began my mortgage banking career in the real estate owned department working my way up to supervisor.    responsibilities included developing policies and procedures to monitor and assess real estate broker and contractor performance, creating marketing plans and timelines for disposition resulting in reduced costs, and recruiting competent talent.   i also underwrote and was the sole approval authority for all carryback loans on reo properties sold.
I then moved to the quality control department as an underwriter responsible for post-funding quality review, default review and fraud detection.   i managed a diverse customer base across six states providing support in all facets of the loan origination process.   
I’m a member of the national notary association.   i have a bachelor’s degree from california state university, sacramento in real estate/finance.
