Hello and welcome to my profile, I look forward to working with your company, and signers.
I started my Notary Public journey in January 2020. Since then I have gained a passion to work in the loan signing process. I enjoy meeting new people and being part of their closing experience. I have now closed over 200 files with minimal errors and continue to keep an open mind for growth and knowledge in the field. I keep myself up to date by training with Notary Stars on a weekly basis. My focus documents are CD and/or Settlement Statement, NRTC, Note, Deed of Trust/Mortgage, Trusts paperwork, PCOR (if Present) and, the 1st Payment letter; the rest of the docs follow these documents. In addition, I triple-check my work to ensure no errors; nevertheless, if on a rare occasion, corrections need attention, they will always be prioritized. Furthermore, I provide a fully equipped mobile notary services, allowing the closing process to have minimal downtime.
