My name is Jacquelyn Smith and I've been a resident of Los Angeles County for years. My experience stems from the many real estate dealings I was exposed to in youth and my own transactions.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Science in Psychology and enjoy working with people of all sorts. Not only am I a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I enjoy see the expressions on my clients' faces when they have finally finished signing their loan documents knowing that their dream is about to become a reality no matter how many deals they've done.

From new purchases to refinancing...it is important to me that clients are able to get through the loan signing process with ease and without any mistakes or errors. I have my own business offering multiple services and I complete Notarial acts throughout the day. If clients want to meet in another location other than their home or office, they are welcome to loan sign in the comfort of my office.

I am available to travel seven days a week twenty four hours a day. I do not mind traveling more than 100 miles to complete loan signings. I am a stickler for detail and take pride in myself for reviewing my work three or four times before submitting.

Time is of the essence with these transactions. As a real estate agent, nothing is worse than a delay due to error. I have the same sentiment as a loan signing agent.
