I am experienced in conducting e-signings, reverse mortgages and have the capability of receiving e-docs, e-faxes' and other electronic requests. I conduct signings services for title companies, banking institutions, lenders, veterans and others for purchase, refinance, modifications, trusts, HELOC's and a number of other requests. I conduct debt settlement and debt resolution meetings on behalf of law firms and attorneys. I am not a licensed attorney and therefore cannot provide legal advice on immigration or other legal matters. I maintain e/o insurance of over $100k. I am registered and certified with Dun and Bradstreet and i can be relied upon for same day, evening, late-night and weekend signings. I provide signing services to all the greater los angeles and surrounding areas with professionalism and a smile.
