I have completed over a thousand notary signings. I am thorough and efficient in conducting and completing my work.

I have held my Realtor's license for 16 years. In the past, I reviewed my clients loan documents before their escrow appointment and attended escrow signings. I am familiar with the loan documents that will be needed to be signed and notarized. I'm detail oriented and double check documents for completeness.
