I know the importance of an error free and quick signing, specially on Friday afternoons. I build a good repour with my signers, I also understand that this can be an uneasy situation for them. I make them comfortable by explaining the process to them, I do not go beyond my capacity at the signing, I always refer them to their lender and/or escrow for any questions they may have that are not available within the loan set. Meeting shipping cut-off times is very important for a successful closing and I meet those accordingly. Most importantly, I enjoy what I do and that makes me a happy and more efficient Loan Signing Agent.
