I have over 20 years of Notary and Escrow experience. I've worked for Fidelity National Financial/Lawyers Title as an Escrow Assistant and Mobile Notary for 18 years. I have notarized over 1,000 sets of Loan documents as well as prepared and notarized Title and Escrow Recording documents. I have also participated in Funding and Closing Thousands of Escrows in my lifetime. I dress and maintain myself in a professional manner with a calm and kind demeaner. I have signed in all Southern California Counties, including San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Ventura Counties.
