I am a Notary Signing Agent who has been certified by the National Notary Association. Therefore, I adhere to all NNA standards surrounding notarization's. In addition, I will conduct all signings following the Signing Professionals Workgroup approach to summarizing documents and will not provide any legal advice during the signing transaction. Further, I will not print double-sided nor fail to follow instructions with regards to printing size. In order to ensure the borrowers have a good signing experience, I will arrive on time and in the rare instance of running late, I will communicate with the borrowers directly. The borrowers will also receive a full copy of the documents in case they would like to read during the rescission period (where applicable) or at a later time. For all closings that are finished prior to 3pm, I will not only scan back documents when requested, I will ensure the documents get dropped same day to make next day delivery.
