I notarize many individual documents , such as Deed (Grant, Quit, Warranty), Trusts (Living Will), Certification of Trust, Power of Attorney, Travel with Minor, Advanced Health Care Directives, vehicle documents, as well as some individual letters. The fee for EACH signature that is notarized is the standard California amount of $15. Travel fees range from $15-30 base on distance from Indio. I can notarize documents in the Indio Jail for inmates when a 3rd person arranges the appointment and provides payment. Total fee for a Jail visit with 1 signed document is $100.

I renewed my commission in Nov 2021 until Dec 2025. Last background screening was done in Nov 2021.
