I am a fully vaccinated NNA certified notary and completed my loan signing training with The Notary Institute, August 1, 2020, to become a Loan Signing Agent. I will serve the Los Angeles county. I have performed hundreds of refinance loan signings for various signing companies. I take pride in representing the companies that hire me such as:

arrive on time to scheduled appointments and will contact the signer if running late
will not print documents double-sided
will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the loan documents
will scanback documents as requested
will drop-off documents for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4pm
will not rush or pressure the signers to sign nor provide legal advise
will notarize required documents at the signing
will notarize only if witnessed the signer signing the documents
will immediately correct mistakes and take full responsibility
