-I make sure to go over all documents completely and thoroughly. There will be no dates, signatures, or initials missed. All documents will come back to you completely filled out and without error, and I'm especially careful when going over key documents like the Notice of Rights to Cancel and 1003.

-If a rare occurrence happens and there is a mistake, I will make that my number 1 priority to get fixed because I understand how important it is to not miss the rate lock as well as any other time sensitive factors in play.

-The documents will be scanned (if necessary) and returned as quickly as possible, meaning either right after the signing is complete if within shipping hours, or immediately the next morning as soon as they open. You will be informed throughout the entire process and never left out of the loop.
