If you hire me for your signing I will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I do this by meticulously going over every document and ensure that correct signatures and dates are where they need to be; for example, the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 forms. If the rare occasion a mistake occurs I will drop everything to fix it. Documents are always promptly returned upon every signing and know my drop box times/locations. You will be informed from start to finish of the process and you will confident that s signing with me is done right and I look forward to working with you.
