Hello! I’m Isabel Bautista, a full-time Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent with over 10 years of notary experience and loan signing knowledge dating back to 2004. I specialize in buyer/seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, and general notarial work.

I’m NNA certified, background screened, bonded, and carry $1M in E&O insurance. I’m also enrolled in the Loan Signing System (LSS) for continuing education to further strengthen my skills and stay current in the industry.
