I am NNA and Loan Signing System certified. I have spent the last 41 years working for one of the largest transportation companies in the world as a Operations manager. I believe many of the skills I've developed over the years directly correlate to the skills a good signing agent possesses.

(signing service, escrow, lender) and External
(borrower).

If given the opportunity you will find that I will be an educated but of course impartial representative of all the parties involved. I will be able to guide the Borrower thru the signing process and give them a positive experience which in turn will reflect positively on the signing service , escrow and the lender.

Things I will never do:
1. Be late to a appointment I will always plan
figuring in traffic. (if there is an issue I will
communicate with all parties involved)
2. Overbook
3. Miss FedEx or UPS drop-off
4. Leave forms blank: PCOR, Certification of
Trust, etc.

Things I will always do:
1. Communicate if any issues either the signing
service, escrow or the lender need to be aware
of.
2. Work to give the borrower a positive
experience.
3. Double check my work to avoid missed Dates, Initials and Signatures.
4. If on the rare occasion there is an issue with the signing I will always drop everything to correct whatever the issue
is whether it is my fault or not. I am a firm believer that when you hire me we are a team
and that the job is not done until all parties are satisfied.
