I usually get loan documents to FedEx/UPS same day and if the office is within reach, I don't have an issue driving them to mailing address to ensure they are processed as soon as possible. I'm educated and patient with borrowers/signers, I actually explain documents to signers rather than just point to where signatures are needed.
