I have been a paralegal since 1991 working in law firms and with attorneys and others as a contractor. I live in Lincoln, but will provide services to the surrounding areas of Rocklin and Roseville.
• Preparation and signing of numerous legal documents while employed as a full-time paralegal from 1991 to 2005; as well as preparation of same from 2005 to present as a contract paralegal for law firms, corporations, and businesses. Assisted in the preparation and signing of documents such as various types of Deeds, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Transmutation Agreements, and Pre/Post-Marital Agreements.

• Experience working with attorneys, court system and personnel, clients, outside providers, such as financial organizations, title companies, and others in obtaining documents and required information in order to facilitate a case/matter.

• Familiar with and have an understanding of the numerous lending documents required for the purchase of real property.
