Although I live in a small town about 10 minutes outside of Lodi, I will travel to other locations that are within my area including Stockton, Galt, Manteca and Modesto. I also lived in Calaveras County for over 40 years and I'll travel to that county as well as Amador and Tuolumne Counties. I have the knowledge and experience to serve as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. I have also been verified as a Loan Signing Agent with the NNA and I know the importance of having great people skills. I always checked my work for accuracy and I know firsthand the importance of getting the package back to the customer, title company or lender quickly.
I have over 30 years experience as a Realtor and Real Estate Broker. Prior to my real estate career, I recorded loan and other documents at the county for a title company and soon I promoted to Title Officer. The job required a great deal of accuracy since I wrote the exceptions you see on title insurance policies. I've owned 3 office franchise with RE/MAX until I sold my offices and relocated to the Central Valley. I've attended many loan signings with my real estate clients over the years and feel confident in my knowledge and abilities.
