I've been a Mobile Notary/ Loan Signing Agent since May 2020. Have learned tons of the do's & dont's in this industry. From things like filling out an PCOR, Trust certification, 1003, Power Of Attorney, Notice Right to Cancel, make fedex & ups drops on time, provide scan backs etc. This has been a ton fun along the way & lots of nice professional relations built the right way.
