I am a Paralegal for an estate planning firm where I specialize in preparing Grant Deeds, Correction Deeds, Affidavit of Death (Joint Tenant, Original Trustee, Community Property) along with other deeds needed. My responsibilities include preparing trust documents for execution (notary); proofing all document prepared by the three attorneys I assist; client intake; ordering title from title companies; working with financial planner; phone operations, sending deeds into recorders office; contacting assessor's office if needed, preparing Prop 58 along other duties.

I am also a current student at Cal. State Fullerton as a Liberal Art Major.

I hope to build to my experience as a mobile notary.
