I am a certified loan signing agent. I am registered with the Association of Professional Notaries and Certified Signing Agents (APN &CSA). I live in Long Beach, but I am willing to travel to Orange County and the surrounding areas. I believe it is my job to give every signer a great signing experience because I am an extension of who gave me the signing. I am very meticulous when I go over loan docs with the signer to ensure the documents are signed, initialed and dated properly. I also make sure that forms are filled out and if for some reason there is an error with the signing I will make it a priority to get it fixed. I am familiar with Fed Ex drop off times to ensure the documents are sent back promptly and will keep in touch with you during the whole process.
