Hey everyone, I am a Bilingual Spanish speaking Notary Public / Loan Signing Agent who has closed roughly 250-300 loans to date (4-29-2021) and also works directly with several local Escrow & Title companies.

I am an NNA certified loan signing agent and have been closing loan docs since May of 2020 and can travel from Los Angeles to Orange County.

I am here as an extension of you guys(escrow/title companies) and am here to build solid relationships.
I can guide the borrowers through the documents while maintaining my boundary as a Notary. I always triple check my work, make sure the NORTC is correct and leave no signatures, stamps, and dates missing.
