I am a notary who is NNA & LSS certified. I have attended real estate school in Florida and Nevada. So I am very familiar with closing documents. I am proactive about ensuring that each document has signatures, dates and initials. I also am very organized and pay close attention to the documents and instructions given. If I make a mistake I will do whatever it takes to get the mistake fixed as soon as possible. I ensure that whenever I complete documents they are sent back as soon as possible.
