With more than 20 years in escrow and title, I bring a closer's eye to every signing. From 1986 to 2008 I worked across the industry, including several years as an escrow and title branch manager. I've managed hundreds of transactions from opening to recording, so I know what lenders, escrow officers, and title companies need from a signing.
My experience spans residential, commercial, and affordable housing closings, including multifamily developments financed through [LIHTC, HUD, CalHFA, and local housing programs].
