I worked for a Title and Escrow company for 11 years. I use to draw the documents as well as sending them to the notaries and receiving them back. I use to be the middle person answering questions between the borrowers, notaries, lenders, and I have signed around 50 documents since receiving my commission. Along with many more duties Title and escrow related. Currently I am working as a Whole sale Loan Set-Up specialist at Kinecta Credit Union. My job is to set up the loan for the Under Writer by collecting documents such as income, taxes, prelims, puchuse contract, disclosures,credit reports, and aplications.
