I am a notary public located in Loomis, CA and serving areas from Auburn to Sacramento and am willing to go further if requested. I am learning the loan signing system and have acquired knowledge through the course as well as witnessing notaries when working at a business start up company. It was a company where we would help entrepreneurs with their business needs such as opening DBA's, business licenses, sellers permits, corporations, etc. Every DBA that was filed needed a affidavit of identity notarized. My manager at the time was a notary so she would perform affidavit of identities all the time, she taught me how to notarize first hand before I received my commission. Now that I have my commission, I am ready to take on more clients independently and through notary signing services. I am ready for not just regular notaries, but as a loan signing agent as well.
I have not completed many signings, however I am always learning and growing on a daily basis! Currently I am learning the loan signing system and am confident to take on new signings. I have a regular ink printer at home, and I am willing to invest in a laser printer.
