I walk borrowers though all of the loan documents thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally. I am educated and can answer questions your borrower may have. When working with me, borrowers feel comfortable with the closing statement, note, deed of trust and closing disclosures and fill them out completely and perfectly.

I understand that you need loan documents back immediately. I will drop off loan documents after the signing is complete or first thing the next morning.
