When I handle a signing for your company, I always make sure that the borrower knows what they are singing by guiding them through the loan documents like the DEED, NOTE, CD, etc. All forms would always come back filled out whether it be the PCOR, Statement of Information, trust certification, or disbursement of proceeds. I would not miss the signature line on the front of the 1003 or the signature on the 2nd pg. at the top of the FHA or VA loan application. I understand that I must be impartial but not uneducated. I always turn documents same day if its during business hours or early next day and if any mistakes are made I will fix it immediately.
