I arrive at appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late will not print docs double-sided will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs will do scan backs as requested will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4 pm will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice will notarize at the signing will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
