I understand the importance of all loan documents to be fully completed without errors, which can cost a mortgage office a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything; so I pay very close attention to all dates, initials and signatures, especially on critical documents such as Trust Certification, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, 4506.

I walk borrowers through all of the important documents: the Closing Statement, the Deed, Note and CD, and have them fill out all necessary forms, where that be the Statements of Information, Trust Cert or Disbursements of Proceeds. PCOR. I understand that as a notary, I have to be impartial but not uneducated so I always guide borrowers in the process.
