Whether it's conducting signings while being "supervised" by someone's overly observant, plant-nibbling cat to patiently passing the "inspection" of a signer's dog immediately upon arrival, I thoroughly enjoy the vast amount of variety that comes with this work. I take a customer service-based approach when it comes to guiding signers through the paperwork: establishing signer rapport with ease, understanding, diplomacy, and tact; I'm not afraid to ask questions nor do I hesitate to quickly correct a mistake if and when it is made. I do all of this with the help of my Epson ES-500W scanner, Brother 5200 DWT printer, laptops, smartphone, and on occasion, my shredder.

Besides God, family, and my work, there are only two other things that matter in life...Trek🖖🏽 and Tiramisu. 😁
