I have been commissioned for over 10 years. I travel all over California. Primarily the Central Valley (From Visalia to Fresno surroundings) to the Bay Area (San Francisco, San Jose surroundings). I am also a Realtor and Unclaimed Property Investigator.

• $15.00 per signature notarized.
• Printing documents are $0.25 per page.
• A minimum of $25 travel fee within 15 miles radius of current local area at time of request.
• If outside the area, there will be $0.60 per mile round-trip of exceeding 15 miles.

Please factor the cost of per signature, estimated travel cost and printing cost. It would be greatly appreciated if time is factor into your proposal. We notaries like to be paid fairly just like everyone else. If you disrespect us notaries and low ball the proposed offer, please don’t waste your and my time.

Cancellation fee of $45.00 for any order being assigned to me. If order has been accepted, cancel fee will be in effect once order has been accepted by notary until the completion of the services.

Payment for services shall be paid immediately after notary services has been rendered and documents have been delivered to address provided. If payment is received after 20 days of documents delivered there will be a $15.00 late fee for every continuous 20 days payment has not been received.

Please provide as much information as possible at the initial request for notary services.
• Provide how many pages need to be printed.
• Provide if a set of copies will need to be issued to the signor.
• How many signatures need notarized acknowledgment.
• How many signatures need notarized jurat (sworn under oath).
• Exact address where the signing will be conducted.
• Signor’s name and contact phone numbers.
