21 years. I can accept signings through text, app, email or phone calls. I do loan signings full time 7 days a week anytime of the day or evenings. Now trained and currently doing signings on the ClearSign and Pavaso platforms and have my own touch screen computer just for signings. I have 2 laser dual tray printer and 1 back up printer, scanner and copier. My samsung Galaxy S22 can scan with adobe scan at the table during the signi g if needed. My current commission expires March 10, 2027. I have a current background check available upon request from National Notary Association. I have extensive experience in acting as a closing agent. I have held a vaild california real estate license since 1985 and still active. My experience is in real estate sales, loan origination all the way through escrow. I am a certified signing agent with a healthy knowledge of the meaning of each document being signed. I also have extensive experience doing business in borrowers/sellers/purchasers homes and offices. My signing experience includes conventional, FHA, VA government loans, real estate sales transactions including sellers docs as well as buyer/borrower docs, reverse mortgages, loan modification, docs for legal professionals, bankruptcy docs, employment verifications and lease documents.
