22 years. I can accept signings through text, app, email or phone calls. I do loan signings full time 7 days a week anytime of the day or evenings. Now trained and currently doing 9signings on the ClearSign and Pavaso platforms and have my own touch screen computer just for signings. I have 2 laser dual tray printer and 1 back up printer, scanner and copier. My samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra can scan with adobe scan at the table during the signig if needed. My current commission expires March 10, 2027. I have a current background check available upon request from National Notary Association. I have extensive experience in acting as a closing agent. I have held a vaild california real estate license since 1985 and still active. My experience is in real estate sales, loan origination all the way through escrow. I am a certified signing agent with a healthy knowledge of the meaning of each document being signed. I also have extensive experience doing business in borrowers/sellers/purchasers homes and offices. My signing experience includes conventional, FHA, VA government loans, real estate sales transactions including sellers docs as well as buyer/borrower docs, reverse mortgages, loan modification, docs for legal professionals, bankruptcy docs, employment verifications and lease documents.
