I work as an independent Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent (NNA) traveling to clients' homes or places of business to notarize real estate closing documents and other documents as requested by clients or escrow companies. I am a Certified National Notary Signing Agent, and a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) in Marina, California. I work in the Monterey Bay area and in the surrounding cities. I collaborate with mortgage lenders, title companies scheduling services to complete mortgage loan signings. I coordinate signing appointments with borrowers and return properly signed and notarized documents to the lender. Conduct closings with legal and ethical standards in the state of California as well as follow the lender's closing instructions provided by client.
