I am a Certified National Notary Signing Agent who has been licensed since 1985 as notary with a brief lapse then renewed in Sept. 2015. I have had a real estate license since 1985 and worked as a loan officer since 1988 , having managed my own net branch for 15 years from origination, processing, underwriting, training my staff appraiser and hiring the best office staff in the business to assist with dock drawing, funding, recording down to insuring. I often signed docks as a courtesy, although not my own loans but others within the company to accommodate. I am available 7 days a week until 7Pm each evening, thereafter I will do them with an added $25. for after hours. I have taken all training for the new mortgage laws including TRID, TILA, GBLA, RESPA to stay current as it relates to mortgage loan signing. I cover a wide range from Atwater, Merced . Dos Palos, Madera, Delhi, Cressey,Ballico, Modesto, Turlock, Mariposa, El Nido, Los Banos, Le Grand, LaGrange, Snelling, Hopeton, and Oakdale just to name a few. Over 25 mi I ask additional mileage charges and late evenings or last minute rush I also ask additional charges.
