I transitioned to being a loan signing agent after a long career as a sales and marketing executive in book publishing and fine stationery. I also have extensive experience planning and managing projects as a community and school volunteer.

In addition to real estate closings, I also do quitclaim deeds.

My priority is making sure the signing goes as smoothly as possible for all parties, so I spend a lot of time going over the documents to get questions answered ahead of time. I also plan my schedule so I can take as much time as the signer needs in order to be comfortable.
