I am not a 24hr notary but do accept days, evenings and week-ends between 6am to 11pm
Overnight documents accepted. *i will personally pick up and return documents to lender/title company, upon request. (*local area only) i prefer not to accept email/fax documents due to the time involved and the cost. I will do them on a case by case urgent need but the cost will be added to the agreed upon fee.
