To build trust with your signers, I bring special attention: CD, Settlement Statement, First Payment Letter, Deed of Trust, and Note. If a refi signing, I verify the NRTC signed date and the last day to cancel are correct to the NNA rescission calendar. While this industry is full of time crunches, I don’t over-promise and am realistic so I communicate that I’ll drop off next day when I’m booked all day.
