My background has been screened by: Federal & State of Ca. through the National Notary Association. I retired from the Riverside County Clerk Recorder's Office after 15 yrs. as a Real Estate Appraiser. However, I continued to work part time as a Senior Appraiser in their Customer Service Department. I maintained excellent working relations with assesses. This afforded me the opportunity to gain a greater understanding into recorded documents and property tax laws. I am excite about pursuing my new career as a Certified Loan Signing Agent in Riverside and San Bernardino County ,California.
