I have taken Notary2Pro training and have a certification for Notary Signing Agent, Beyond the Basics and Reverse Mortgage.

I have taken Sign and Thrive with Notary Coach Bill Soroka which included going over various loan packages. I have taken Reverse Mortgage training with Bill Soroka and have a certification for the title of Certified Reverse Mortgage Signing Professional or CRMSP.

I am a member of Notary Stars for continuing education and have had over 140+ hours of training on how to present and sign various loan document packages, buyer packages, seller packages, HELOC, loan modifications, technology, split signings, non-borrowing spouse signings, FHA/VA signings, reverse mortgages, notary errors. I have also participated in the live weekly training and boot camps.

I have had 2 Background checks one with the NNA and one with the State of California.

I have had my notary commission since August 6, 2021.

I am a document delivery courier. If you need documents delivered in the Inland Empire, I can do it for you.

I have one million in E&O Insurance.

I will do any and all Scan backs. I have several dual tray printers and stand alone scanner. I am a Full Time loan signing agent. I will be professional at all times. I will give you 100% each and every time I do a signing. I have an inventory of paper and back up toner. I am prepared. Any corrections will be done ASAP.

I know how to arrive on time. I know how to dress professionally. I know how to give customer service to everyone involved in the process. I was a restaurant manager, medical transcriptionist, managed a construction office for 25 years and a property manager so I know all about customer service.

3. Never a fee for any scan backs when needed or requested.
