Hello. My name is Kimberly Bourne. I am NNA certified and completed my loan signing agent training through the Loan Signing System.

I am located in Murrieta, CA and will do loan signings in Riverside County and surrounding cities.

Hiring me for your signings will ensure that your borrower will have a great experience as I am meticulously detailed-oriented, organized, and have 8+ years of experience in the client service industry.

I understand the importance of guiding borrowers through their documents and I will always review and confirm that all signatures, initials, dates and notarial acts are completed and filled out properly before leaving a signing. If on the rare occasion there is a mistake on the documents, I will correct it for you as soon as possible.

I believe that communication and follow ups are crucial to a successful signing, so I will notify you throughout the entire process- from confirming appointments with the borrowers, to the arrival and departure of the signing, to the Fedex or UPS drop offs, and to finally ensuring that you received the documents in good order.
