I am a perfectionist and will triple check every document to make sure all signatures, initials and dates are complete and properly filled out; I like to pay extra attention to detail - I would hate for any errors made during our signing to negatively affect your funding or closing timeline; however, if there are ever any errors, I will ensure to correct them as soon as possible. I understand that time is always of the essence in the real estate industry - so all documents will be returned to you ASAP.
