I understand how vital document completion is. To ensure a complete signing, I go over every document. These reviews are a standard of mine, checking multiple times backward and forward, not just scanning but rereading the document to ensure competition. Documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, PCOR, and 1003 need to be filled out completely and correctly to help ensure an on-time closing. Mistakes can happen, and information can get missed. If this occurs, I will do everything in my power to get those documents corrected and back ASAP. Scan backs for verification as requested and making shipping drop-off times is a must.
All of the above is important; just as important is communication throughout the process. Multiple touchpoints are a must for me. Notifying you at every step of the process and any time a question arises.
