I am a new Loan Signing agent that is Notary Signing Agent (through NNA) and Loan Signing System certified. I speak Mandarin and English fluently.

I have an Epson scanner for scan-backs to ensure that documents are done correctly at the table, and documents will be dropped off ASAP after confirmation for drop off is given or per written instructions.

I know to read through the instructions and look through the documents to compile a list of questions for clarification prior to contacting the hiring agency. Clients will be walked through all critical documents for pertinent details and guided to fill out forms placed in the packet unless otherwise stated. Joint credit applications will have initials in Section 1 of the 1003.

Communication will be forthcoming via email, text, and/or call if there are any changes to appointment time, concerns from the signers, or questions that need clarifying.
