3. Guide clients steps by steps through the signing. 4. Not missing signatures, initials and dates.
5. Same day scan back and drop off, or no later than the next day
6. Triple check the signing, make sure it is good to go 7. Provide excellent customer service, make them happy
8. Speak Chinese, can help with Chinese clients.
