I worked in all aspects of the business but my comprehensive expertise includes the entire process from Doc Drawing thru selling on Secondary Market. Being familiar w the process and detail oriented allows me to deliver a ready to fund package to Escrow. I am also able to Split docs in a crunch. I always make sure to request any trailing docs from Escrow, Real Estate Agents, Loan Agent and Lender. I am patient and helpful in communicating and completing the signings. I always make sure to include any conditions needed from the borrowers. My goal being to provide an absolutely fundable set of docs. I like meeting the borrowers, assuring and easing them thru the signing. I am completely flexible and do anything I can to meet any scheduling needs.
