I am a notary with 19 years experience I have a background in Escrow for 7 years and 10 years working in the mortgage banking field as a Quality Analyst for Bank of America part of my daily work is checking loan documents to make sure borrowers, loan officers, realtors and notaries all sign and do there portion to fully execute documents as well as checking that all documentation is in agreement with FHA and VA requirements and Special Loans which I work with Loan Modifications as well Indexing which involves reviewing interest rates with mortgages. I am bilingual proficient in writing and speaking Spanish I can translate if needed.
